Design & Analysis was engaged to provide structural engineering advice following modification works to a residential apartment. The assessment confirmed the feasibility of internal wall and ceiling bulkhead removals, supported by an on-site inspection, review of construction drawings, and evaluation of the building’s load-bearing wall system.
